Returns, Exchanges & Warranties
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns cost the customer $9.99. This fee includes a shipping label.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on full-face helmets. We wish to assure customers that all helmets are sterile and unworn prior to purchase.
SALE and CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds or exchanges on these products.
Steps below on how to initiate a return:
- Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

Once your return is received and inspected by Seven Canada’s Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
EXCHANGES
For the best service and selection, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your order for replacement items online or call Seven Canada Customer Service at 1.888.987.7533 for assistance.
WARRANTY
Seven products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications, and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. Seven makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Seven shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Seven product contains a defect, you may send the product to MSD for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at MSD's sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by Seven’s warranty policy will be shipped back to you at your expense.
